Well, after a couple of days of travel Mom and I have landed in Bozeman, MT for the night. At the Best Western, such nice people and good food. Going to catch a few Z's and head for Eastern Washington tomorrow am early.
Can't believe all that God was able to accomplish in this time spent away from family and home. I've got my work cut out for me, and I look forward to what may come next.
I'm overwhelmed by the news that Bin Laden is dead. What a trip! When I heard it first, it was Geraldo talking. I didn't believe it. Then President Obama gave his version of events. Wow, I'm brought right back to that ominous date... 9/11. Believe it or not, I'm too young to have a JFK moment. 9/11, for me, will never be forgotten.
This day... fruition of the original military goal... feels strangely like progress... unless of course... somebody new takes up his cause and makes matters worse.
I thank God for my faith. I am pretty much powerless against all of this news, but I know I can pray for God's will to be done.
God Bless America. God Bless us all.
From Bozeman, MT.
